We are honored to once again partner with Hacienda La Papaya! Several years ago, we tasted their naturally processed Typica, and that has become one of our all-time favorite offerings. We are back with a fresh lot but with the same cherry, strawberry, red fruit, and vanilla notes that we love in this coffee.

As always, we recommend you roast the coffee 2+ weeks from roast date.
