Introducing our latest creation: Juice Box. Crafted with care and expertise, Juice Box is a delightful blend of coffees from two of our esteemed farm partners, Luis Balladarez of La Bendicion and Un Regalo de Dios, and Miller Hernandez, the master behind the beloved El Reflejo coffee.

Its bright, juicy, and fruity flavors, make Juice Box the perfect for those warm days when you need a refreshing pick-me-up. Whether you're chilling by the pool or enjoying a picnic in the park, whether you prefer it as a crisp cold brew, espresso, or a pourover, Juice Box delights the senses with notes of fresh plum, sangria, and chocolate.

Note: We may have called it a “cold brew” blend - because we love it as cold brew! - but it’s just as great as espresso, drip, pourover, and as iced coffee or iced americano.

Our Cold Brew Recipe:

1. Coarsely grind 1lb of coffee to 1 gallon* of room temperature/cold water. Place the grounds in a large pitcher, and pour the water directly over the grounds. Alternatively, place the grounds in a paper, cloth, or nylon filter; this way you won't have to filter out coffee grounds later.

2. Sit the pitcher on the counter or in the refrigerator for 36 hours.

3. After the suggested brew time, pour coffee through a filter (if you haven't used a filter in the previous step), and then dilute it to your desired strength.

*For smaller volumes, use:

8oz coffee : half gallon (8 cups) water

4oz coffee : quart (4 cups) water
